You have to know a mushroom before you can prepare it for food. We know a lot of mushrooms, but we only use a few for food. Chanterelles are our favorite.

Hi Lucja-Maria! That mushroom is a very popular edible mushroom along with chanterelles. Its flavor is milder than chanterelles. Easy to prepare.
