True! We're a little worried! A logging truck has driven past us here many times. It goes somewhere near that place, the road ends there. It would be terrible if the big tree behind that place was cut down. There are really great bird places and berry forests there. We have to go in the next few days to see where the forest is being cut down. Hopefully it's from somewhere else. There's a lot of old forest nearby.
That dense spruce forest is a favorite place for moose. We have seen moose there many times. It is amazing how moose can move there. The trees are really close to each other and the terrain is full of deep potholes.
Spruce forests are so pretty. When they are small they look like Christmas trees.
