This plant is known a Lovage in UK, Anne, and I have never knowingly tasted it, although I understand that all part, including seeds, are edible. Maybe I should see if I can find some and try it?
This plant was planted by my mother sometime long ago. I never asked how she used it, now it's too late. I don't use it. I should taste what it tastes like sometime.
